What We Did
Kaivac develops science-based hygienic cleaning systems that protect the health of building occupants while raising the value of cleaning operations.
With a campus of existing buildings at 2680 Van Hook Ave. in Hamilton totaling 120,000 sq. ft, it was time to upgrade the offices to reflect the worldwide reach of Kaivac in the field of complete cleaning systems. An existing shell provided the footprint for a modern environment providing not only private offices, but conference space, a classroom, open kitchen and a demonstration space which is used to highlight the abilities of the Kaivac cleaning system.
All new furniture, exterior windows, entry, and signage provide a new image to the existing facility. CDA continues to work with Kaivac on masterplan campus wide improvements to the factory, warehouse and additional office space including a new in-house video studio.
